No occupants, pets or animals should share the same airspace during remediation. Average return time is about four hours after decontamination is complete, and some projects may require up to eight hours depending on conditions. We call when the work is finished with the appropriate return time.

Northwoods performs visual and non-invasive inspections, not our own laboratory mold testing. When testing is useful, we support using an independent qualified third party so the company performing remediation is not also grading its own work.
